Who Am I?

Rev. Dr. Tiffany West was born to Bishop Dr. Dennis West and Rev. Dr. Belinda West in Missouri. Throughout her formative years, her family would travel throughout the United States of America helping communities repair what had been broken, build outreach programs, and help those who needed assistance. It was this lifestyle that showed Tiffany the value of her parent’s gifts, sacrifices, and ministry. She decided at a young age that whatever she did was not important as long as she was building others up. She holds a PhD in Theology, Bachelors and Masters in Education, and an Associates in Merchandising and Interior Design. She has been a minister since 2006 currently focusing in outreach, youth, orphanages, MMIWG2S awareness, and battered women and children. Over her seventeen year ministry, she has worked to aid several endeavors such as raising funds for residential school survivors, houseless ministry, providing self-defense classes for abused women and children, raising funds and awareness of the Nyamphande Orphanage and their mission, raising funds to build a school in Bolivia, raising funds for underfunded schools and charities, managed food and clothing pantries, and worked with pastoral families.

In addition, she has 15+ years of teaching/training experience. Her training and development is known as not just a delivery of information but an engaging experience where learning can be fun and appeal to every communication energy. Learning and developing oneself can be made interesting when it appeals to each of the seven learning types simultaneously.

Leadership Development became a passion of hers in 2019 and she has actively worked to develop leaders in multiple industries, levels, and locations while utilizing educational theories to ensure the principles are not just appreciated but retained to make the biggest possible difference. Educating difference makers can positively impact our world not just for those in the working force now but in the future as well.

Throughout her life, writing has always been a passion of hers. At an early age, she found her voice in her creative writing and over time used not just written word but spoken word to advocate and inform. She still enjoys writing today and has had several articles, poetry, blogs, and freelance pieces published.

While she has received many awards locally, nationally, and internationally, hat she is most proud of is the people she has invested in and their success. Her goal is to make a positive time and eternity difference in the lives of those who need it the most. She wants all people to know that they are truly capable of anything if the put their mind to it and remain steadfast.
